Centre of Excellence for Research on Clean Air (CERCA), an academic think tank and research centre at IIT Delhi for clean air, last year in November launched its maiden initiative on electric mobility with the retrofitting of an old vintage Beetle car of 1948 model into an electric vehicle.
Now CERCA has shared the video of the retrofitted Iconic Volkswagen Beetle (1948 model) .
The organization has shared the video on Linkedin with quote “Retrofitting technology could be the best option for older classic/vintage car lovers. Convert them into electric cars!”
