RITES Limited, an engineering consultancy company has issued a tender for 1 GW solar project to set up across India on various zonal railways land.
Last date for submission of the bids is June 29, 2020 and pre-bid meeting is scheduled on May 28, 2020 , which is expected to be conducted online looking into the pandemic.
Interested bidders are expected to make an earnest money deposit of Rs. 1 million in favour of the Railway Energy Management Company Limited (REMCL), a joint venture of the Indian Railways and RITES Limited.
Applicants must also pay a tender fee of Rs. 29,000 to the REMCL.
