British automaker Lotus Cars is reportedly planning to go electric with the launch of $2.5 million1, 000 hp hypercar. The company is expected to introduce the hypercar in the coming months.

Louts was manufacturing partner with Tesla and had early involvement in electrification through its manufacturing partnership with Tesla, , however it failed to do much under its own brand since that fell through during the last decade says electrek.
