IBC Solar has partnered with SunPower for the distribution of its solar panels in Germany and selected European countries.
IBC Solar thus expands its portfolio with three monocrystalline high-efficiency modules between 360 and 400 Watt for residential installations: the Maxeon 2 (360Wp) as well as the Maxeon 3 (390Wp and 400Wp).
The robust and interdigitated back contact cells of the patented Maxeon technology are backed by SunPower’s 25-years of combined performance and product warranty.
The monocrystalline high-performance SunPower Maxeon 2 and Maxeon 3 modules will be available to IBC Solar customers based in Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia, the Iberian Peninsula, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and the Baltic states starting in June 2019.
With this partnership, IBC Solar expands its module portfolio with a high quality and visually appealing product that offers above average high-performance.
“For IBC SOLAR, the quality of products is a top priority. We are happy that we found a partner in SunPower in the field of modules that also lives and shares this opinion”, says Britta Beier, Senior Vice President Supply Chain Management at IBC SOLAR. “With the new modules of SunPower, we offer homeowners the possibility to install high power on small roof surfaces.
