All the all its retail outlets of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) will run on solar energy soon. According to ET, work on two outlets is complete, while eight more stations are being readied, and is expected to be ready by June.
“We are already in the final stages of commissioning two CNG stations in North Goa at Colvale and Dhargal and are planning to commission three more in Panaji, Zuari Nagar and Cortalim by March,” said Murali Srinivisan, Executive director (in-charge), Maharashtra and Goa state office.
“Liquid fuels will continue to remain our key product offering in the future, however, Indian Oil is equally focused on creating supply points for alternate fuels,” he said.
