Ecoppia has announced the appointment of Amir Fishelov to its board of directors. Fishelov brings over two decades of experience in the solar energy and technology industries to the company.
Prior to joining Ecoppia, Fishelov co-founded SolarEdge Technologies, a global leader in smart energy technologies, where he served as Chief Software Architect for 14 years and VP Strategy and Corporate Development in recent years. During his time at SolarEdge, the company was included in the S&P 500.
Before his work in the private sector, Fishelov spent six years leading research and development teams and directing large-scale, multidisciplinary R&D projects in software, analog design, communications, and signal processing at the Intelligence Corps Technology Unit – Unit 81 during his military service.

Fishelov has also been recognized for his contributions to the technology sector, having won the National Technological Innovation Award twice, in 2001 and 2003.
Ecoppia’s Co-Founder and Chairman, Eran Meller, expressed his enthusiasm for Fishelov’s appointment to the board, stating that his invaluable insights and extensive expertise in the solar technology industry will drive growth and innovation at Ecoppia.
The addition of Fishelov to the board of directors is expected to further strengthen Ecoppia’s position in robotic cleaning solutions for photovoltaic solar panels and contribute to the company’s continued success.
