Goldi Solar has joined forces with YES BANK to provide financial assistance for solar projects to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the YES KIRAN program.
The initiative will offer financial support to MSME manufacturers who plan to install solar panels on their premises.
The YES KIRAN program will process all loan applications for solar projects from across the country and provide secured financing to business entities, including commercial institutions, industries, resorts, hotels, manufacturing units, and warehouses.
With this partnership, consumers can receive technical assistance at their doorstep and obtain loan approvals faster. The Solar Finance Scheme allows MSME industries to obtain loans of up to INR 30 million.
Goldi Solar’s Co-Founder and Director, Bharat Bhut, said that borrowers can use a digital platform to process their loan applications seamlessly. Yes Bank will provide end-to-end services to loan applicants to finance their solar projects in a hassle-free manner.
The Founder & Managing Director of Goldi Solar, Capt. Ishver Dholakiya, stated that Indian MSMEs have shown a significant shift towards green energy solutions in recent years. He anticipates that more small businesses will adopt solar power, increasing their competitiveness in domestic and international markets, contributing to India’s energy security, and reducing power decarbonization.
