Univastu India Limited , an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company renowned for high-impact infrastructure projects, announced today a significant win for its subsidiary, Univastu Bootes Infra LLP. The joint venture, in which Univastu India holds a 51% stake, has been awarded a prestigious ₹28.08 crore contract by the Varanasi Development Authority.
The contract entails the design and construction of a cutting-edge Net Zero Community Center within the Lalpur Residential Scheme Phase 1 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. This flagship project, slated for completion within 12 months, is set to redefine sustainable urban development in the region.
The comprehensive scope of work includes master planning, civil works, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, networking infrastructure, interior fit-outs, advanced sustainable systems, meticulous landscaping, and essential road infrastructure.
