Exicom bags “Energy Storage Company of the Year” Award at ESI 2018

 

 

With over 1000+ industry experts in attendance at Energy Storage India 2018 Conference, Expo & Gala Awards Event, Exicom was awarded as “Energy Storage Company of the Year”, storage sector’s most prestigious award.

The Award recognizes Exicom’s perseverance, innovation and achievements in the energy storage landscape in India and also applaud the value we have created for the end consumers in the country, said the company in a statement.

Exicom has played a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative energy storage solutions and supporting Lithium-ion battery storage technology right from early stage of its entry into the market.

He also emphasized on local R&D, indigenization and customization of the products in accordance with the local market needs and how Exicom is progressing on all these fronts. He shared an ambitious target of deploying 1GWh of energy storage solutions that Company has set for the financial year 2018-19.”

Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu also addressed the Energy Storage India 2018 and emphasized the need for investing in R&D as a critical component. The event was attended by about 1,000 industry experts, 100 speakers, 50 exhibitors and over 25 partnering countries.
