Alternet Systems announced two online presentations with new details on the company’s recent launch of its ReVolt Electric Motorbikes subsidiary.
Alternet launched ReVolt as part of a strategy to commercialize a proprietary lithium battery technology. ReVolt is targeting a substantial but underserved segment of the global electric vehicle (EV) market.
According to a new report published by Allied Market Research, the global EV market was valued at an estimated $119 billion in 2017, and is expected to reach an estimated $567 billion by 2025, growing at a CAGR of 22.3% from 2018 to 2025.
Currently the number of motorcycle units sold annually on a global basis, approximately 130 million, substantially exceeds the approximate 80 million automobile units sold annually.
Alternet has identified electric motorcycles as an underserved niche within a giant market opportunity.
With its first electric motorcycle in pilot production and a limited commercial launch targeted for this year’s holiday season, Alternet management recently published two online presentations with new details about the company’s ReVolt Electric Motorbikes subsidiary.
One presentation is a progress update on the pilot production to include photos of the delivery of the pre-converted, retro-classic designed motorcycle with side car, and the second presentation is an overview of the company’s complimentary initiative to introduce an electric vehicle purchase finance capacity. Both presentations are available on the company’s website.
