Hero Future Energies Pvt. Ltd is reportedly in talks with Fotowatio Renewable Ventures to acquire its 135 megawatt solar power project in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Fotowatio Renewables owned by Abdul Latif Jameel Energy and Environmental Services is the largest Arabian green energy utility.
According to Livemint, Greenstone Energy Advisors is managing the sale of 135 MW solar power project.
The publication citing sources reports that Hero Future is interested in the Fotowatio Renewables project. Another source aware of the situation confirmed the publication about the development.
Fotowatio Renewables bagged the solar project in a reverse auction conducted by SECI at a tariff of INR 4.43 per unit.
