BPCL seeking PMC for Rooftop Solar PV Plants at its POL and LPG Plants

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is hiring services of Project Management Consultant (PMC) for conducting detailed feasibility, system design study and developing tender document for setting up Rooftop Solar Pv Plants With Supervision Of Erection And Commisioning And O&M Activities At BPCL’s Pol And LPG Plants

Last date for the submission of the bid is 19th February 2019.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Project Management Consultant (PMC) shall be engaged by BPCL for carrying out following activities:

Detailed feasibility and system design report (DFR) Preparation of DFR (technical and commercial) for setting up Solar PV project in the plant locations.
EPC Tendering Development, finalization and placement of EPC and O&M tender document. Post tender the consultant has to actively participate in bid evaluation and award of job.
Supervision activities Supervision/validation of design, engineering, procurement, inspection, packing and transporting, unloading at site, erection, testing and commissioning including remote/web monitoring system, solar radiation sensor, temperature sensor for Grid Connected Solar PV Power Plant under net metering policy in line with TOR of the project including boarding & lodging charges for site visits & supplier plant visits to carry out the work as defined in the detailed scope of work of the tender.
Monitoring of O&M Monitoring of O&M on behalf of owner for a period of 6 Months from the date of commissioning including boarding and lodging charges

BPCL notes that The tenderer should visit the site and acquaint himself with site conditions, availability of water, electricity, approach roads, construction materials as per specifications, shelter for his staff, etc. since these are to be provided/arranged by the tenderer (unless otherwise specified) at his cost.

The owner will, at his discretion and convenience based on availability for the duration of the execution of the work, make available, land for construction of contractor’s field office, go-downs, workshop and fabrication yard required for the execution of the contract. The contractor shall at his own cost construct all these temporary buildings and provide suitable water supply and sanitary arrangement approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

On completion of the works undertaken by the Contractor, he shall remove all temporary works/ shed erected by him and have the site cleaned as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .
