Nissan Motor’s premium brand Infiniti is reportedly gearing up to launch its first electric car made in China in next three year.
Reuther citing an official statement reports that Infiniti’s first electric car will be a sporty sedan produced in China.
Nissan officials speaking to the agency said that that electric car would hit the market around three years and consumers would get a taste when the company unveils a concept car, dubbed the Qs Inspiration electric sedan, at the Shanghai auto show later this week.
Infiniti Chairman Christian Meunier said in the statement which was seen by Reuters said “China has the most growth potential for electric vehicles globally, especially in the premium segment.“
