An electric vehicle startup based in Gurugram -Zypp is reportedly planning to raise around $50 million to expand operations. The company is planning to raise the funding over the next five years.
Zypp currently provides electric scooters on rent mostly in the NCR. According to ET the firm is looking to raise USD 12 million over the next 6-7 months.
Akash Gupta, CEO an dCo-Founder, Zypp speaking to the publication said “We are in talks with 6-7 venture capitalists for the next round of funding which we are hopeful of closing over the next six months. We are actively looking to raise around $10-12 million dollars in the next round.”
