Ravi Neeladri, CEO, Cerebra Green sharing his views on the Union Budget 2023 said “We are glad that one of the key pillars of focus for the government, in the Budget 2023 has been ‘Green Growth’ and a vision to achieve zero carbon emission by 2070.”
Neeladri further added “The move to introduce a Green Credit program, which will be notified under the Environment Protection Act, will definitely be a game-changer in encouraging not only corporate organisations but individuals as well to adopt sustainable practices, including E-waste recycling and refurbishing. Hopefully, the new policy to replace old pollution-causing vehicles will pave way for the formal recycling and efficient waste management of automobile parts thereby leading to job creation.”
