No not India, Tata EV Battery Plant will be in Europe

Tata is considering opening a battery cell plant for electric vehicles (EVs) in either Britain or Spain, reports Reuters citing a source familiar with the matter. Tata’s CFO previously confirmed the carmaker’s plans to establish battery cell production facilities in India and Europe to support its supply chains in the region.
The source speaking to the wire stated that Tata had expressed interest in both Britain and Spain after talks with the respective governments and had evaluated the potential location in Zuera, Spain.
The company was drawn to Spain’s allocation of EU pandemic relief funds for EV and battery production and its status as an EU member. The source added that representatives from Tata and the British and Spanish governments visited the potential site.
