RevFin Services Appoints Dr. Prabina Rajib as Independent Director, Strengthening Leadership in Indian EV Financing

RevFin Services Private Limited, one of the leading player in the Indian EV Financing sector, has made an important addition to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Dr. Prabina Rajib. Dr. Rajib, an esteemed finance and accounting professional, joins the board as an Independent Director, bringing over 22 years of experience to the lending subsidiary of RevFin.

Currently serving as a professor at the Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM) at IIT Kharagpur, Dr. Rajib possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various domains. Her extensive experience includes teaching, research, authoring books, and publishing papers. Moreover, she has held significant administrative positions such as Dean (VGSoM) and Chairperson of the POSH Committee at IIT Kharagpur.

The appointment of Dr. Rajib is expected to have a positive impact on RevFin’s financial products and business strategy. Her diverse background, including guiding numerous PhD theses and conducting management/faculty development programs, will prove instrumental in mentoring RevFin employees and inspiring young women professionals aiming for remarkable career growth.

Dr. Rajib’s international associations further enhance her profile, having served as a Visiting Professor (Finance) at AIT Bangkok, a Teaching Assistant in Finance at Curtin Business School in Perth, and a Fulbright Fellow at Purdue University. Her research interests primarily focus on Indian commodity spot and derivatives markets, as well as the Indian capital market. Her expertise in areas such as IPO pricing, buybacks and delisting of companies, ADRs/GDRs issued by Indian companies, and FDI entry strategy and foreign collaborations by multinational companies is anticipated to provide valuable insights to RevFin.
