IIT Roorkee Hosts 32nd IAHR Symposium, Reinforcing India’s Hydraulic Machinery Leadership

The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) inaugurated the 32nd International Association for Hydraulic Research (IAHR) Symposium on Hydraulic Machinery and Systems with much fanfare. In his welcome address, Prof. Arun Kumar, Chair of the 32nd IAHR 2024 Organizing Committee, emphasized IIT Roorkee’s legacy of innovation and excellence. He highlighted the symposium’s role in addressing critical challenges in hydraulic machinery and systems, contributing to India’s national priorities, and fostering sustainable technological advancements.

Prof. Stefan Riedelbauch, Chairman of the IAHR Hydraulic Machinery and Systems Committee, underscored the symposium’s global significance.
