BGR Tech Ltd., a Prenora Holding energy engineering company, has launched its state-of-the-art 100 kW Hydrogen Purification System, designed to enhance electrolysis-based hydrogen purification. The launch event was led by Mr. Bhupender Bhalla, Former Secretary of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, highlighting India’s ongoing commitment to clean energy technologies.
Revolutionizing Hydrogen Purification with Advanced Technology
BGR Tech’s purification system delivers 99.999% pure, fuel cell-grade hydrogen, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including:
- Fuel for hydrogen fuel cells and combustion engines
- Steel annealing and other industrial processes
With the capability to operate at high pressures up to 30 bar, the system is designed for maximum efficiency and scalability. Its plug-and-play architecture ensures seamless manufacturing and commissioning without extensive on-site fabrication, setting a new standard in the green hydrogen ecosystem.
During the launch, Mr. Bhalla emphasized the importance of strengthening India’s hydrogen economy:
