Strategic alliance to boost PM Surya Ghar Yojana and Atma Nirbhar Bharat goals
Redington Limited, a leading technology solutions provider and Fortune India 500 company, has announced a strategic partnership with Eastman Auto & Power Limited to distribute its solar inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems across India.
This collaboration aligns with the Indian government’s Atma Nirbhar Bharat initiative and aims to strengthen local solar supply chains and accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions.
Eastman Auto & Power, a well-established name in India’s renewable energy sector, manufactures high-quality solar modules, inverters, and storage systems. Through this partnership, Redington will leverage its nationwide distribution network to make Eastman’s products more accessible to solar installers and consumers, enhancing the implementation of key programs like the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
Pradeep Srikanthan, Business Head of Redington Solar, highlighted that the addition of Eastman’s indigenous solar offerings will support integrators seeking to maximize government subsidies by using Made-in-India products. Redington has already facilitated over 3 GW of solar installations across India and serves a vast network of over 5,000 solar system integrators.
