Gautam Solar revolutionizes the solar industry with new patent for cost-efficient solar panels

Homegrown manufacturer of solar modules- Gautam Solar has applied for a Patent & Design Registration for its cutting-edge solar panels, which lower the cost of installing solar power plants at utility and rooftop scale. The new solar module design reduces the quantity of fasteners required for solar power plant installation by half, resulting in a quicker, more affordable, and simpler installation process.

The novel solar module design comprises of two hollow frames with laterally extended brackets and grooves for an interlocking mechanism. These frameworks are made to hold the panel in place, and while in use, fasteners cause the brackets to mesh. This results in a 50% decrease in the quantity of fasteners utilised during panel installation, increasing the effectiveness of the installation process.

The new Solar Panel design also addresses the problem of water drainage. The enclosure formed by the brackets can be used for water drainage functionality and prevent damage to the electrical wirings secured to the frame. Additionally, these primary and secondary designs are configured to form an arc-shaped structure to promote stability.

“We are excited to announce our latest innovation in the solar industry,” said Gautam Mohanka, the Managing Director and CEO of Gautam Solar. “Our new solar module is a game-changer for the solar industry, as it addresses the major issue of difficult, time-consuming and cost-inefficient solar panel installations.”

Gautam Solar’s latest innovation is a significant step towards creating more durable and efficient solar modules that can withstand harsh weather conditions. The company is committed to developing innovative and sustainable solar solutions that meet the growing demand for renewable energy. With its latest innovation, the company has further cemented its position as a leader in the solar module manufacturing industry.

The new Solar Panel Design is just one of the many innovations that Gautam Solar has planned for the future. The company is continually investing in research and development to bring new and improved solar modules to the market. “Our commitment to innovation and sustainability is unwavering, and we will continue to invest in research and development to create new and better solar solutions for our customers,” added Mohanka.
