One of the highlights of Trina Solar’s participation at the event was the introduction of its new-generation 210mm Vertex n-type products, including modules with power outputs of 695W, 605W, and 450W. These modules, along with the p-type Vertex 670W and TrinaTracker Vanguard 2P solution, offer all-in-one smart energy solutions, reflecting Trina Solar’s commitment to driving advancements in solar energy for a net-zero future.

Trina Solar also launched its advanced n-type i-TOPCon technology on a global scale, further establishing its leadership in the n-type value segment. The company showcased products incorporating state-of-the-art HJT and iBC technologies, attracting a wide range of visitors from Europe, North America, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region.

The debut of Trina Solar’s Vertex N family at SNEC garnered significant attention, particularly the Vertex n-type 605W modules installed in the TrinaTracker Vanguard 2P. These modules offer tailored solutions for various settings, boasting lower balance-of-system costs and levelized cost of electricity (LCOE), ultimately maximizing customer value.

Continuing its streak of innovation, Trina Solar unveiled its groundbreaking n-type i-TOPCon Advanced technology at the exhibition. With an impressive cell efficiency of 26% and module output power surpassing 700W, this product is set to enter mass production in the coming year.

Trina Solar also highlighted its advancements in iBC and HJT technologies, presenting HJT PV modules with a maximum power output of 730W+ and efficiency of 23.5%, as well as iBC PV modules with a maximum power output of 480W+ and efficiency of 24%. These modules offer enhanced power generation and superior aesthetics for customers.

Trina Storage, a division of Trina Solar focusing on PV and energy storage integration, showcased its leading products at the event. These included the 306Ah Trina cell with more than 12,000 life cycles, the Trina Storage Elementa liquid cooling system with a system lifetime exceeding 10,000 cycles, residential energy storage products, and a power conversion system.

Trina Storage also unveiled next-generation solutions for integrating PV systems and energy storage, addressing the growing demand for high-temperature lithium-ion battery energy storage systems without the need for air conditioning.

The exhibition also highlighted Trina Solar’s upgraded trackers, such as the next-generation Vanguard 2P. Featuring a multi-motor control system, this tracker offers enhanced safety, reliability, and ease of installation compared to traditional mechanical drives.

It can adapt to complex application settings, reducing the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) and improving customer return on investment (ROI). Moreover, the Vanguard 2P can operate stably for 1,200 hours in extreme conditions, withstanding temperatures as low as -30°C. The materials used in its construction ensure high wear resistance and rigidity, resulting in a fatigue life of up to 25 years. These materials are also corrosion-resistant, making the Vanguard 2P suitable for various environments, including mudflats and coastal areas.

Trina Solar in a statement said that it’s commitment to module reliability was recognized by various international institutions. CSG, a prominent third-party certification and testing agency in China, presented Trina Solar with the Long-Term Reliability Leadership Award. Additionally, the Renewable Energy Test Center (RETC) confirmed the excellent performance of Trina Solar’s Vertex N modules.
