Impact Challenge by Fortum x Microsoft” seeks innovative solutions to enhance the delivery of reliable clean energy, drive industrial decarbonization, and protect biodiversity
Fortum and Microsoft have teamed up to launch an idea competition called “Impact Challenge by Fortum x Microsoft” in search of innovative solutions that can accelerate the transition towards clean and reliable energy in the Nordics.
The competition is open for early-stage startups and entrepreneurs for four weeks and aims to enhance the delivery of clean energy, drive industrial decarbonization, and protect biodiversity.
The winner will receive six months of tailored acceleration and business development support in Fortum’s Valkea Growth Club and Microsoft Founders Hub, along with technical and business workshops from Microsoft.
After a successful joint agreement last year, both companies recognize that innovation is key to building resilient and sustainable societies.
The competition runs from 3 May to 31 May 2023, and the winner will be announced on 15 June
